Description:
The images depict members of Company C, 161st during their early training to be qualified as parachutists. Only one of the images had a note on the back about the photo. Based on information pertaining to the training of Company C, the images were most likely taken at Laurinburg Maxton Army Air Force Base near Laurinburg, North Carolina, and at Fort Benning, near Columbus, Georgia in late 1943.

Notes:
Prior to his death, Robert J. Flynn served as the historian of the 503rd PRCT Association.
